As an independent artist an overwhelming and overcrowded marketplace is making it harder for us to get the attention and recognition we need?

Cosmic Debris offers some new ways of getting your information out there and exposing our talents.

Our website gets thousands of new visitors each month. Residence and tourist of Vancouver Island use our site to find out what events are happening throughout the Island. Club owners, festival directors and booking agents, use our band listing extensively.

If you would like to place your ad here, please send an email to cosmic@cvnet.net and provide in full all the details below:

  • Your Company/Business, Artist or Group's Name and mailing address
  • A contact person name and phone number
  • Your Company/Business, Artist or Group's web page address
  • An email address

    Banner ad prices are the following:

    If you would like to add a banner ad we can display it in high traffic areas on the website. For $10 quarterly we will place the add in the Artists Listing and the Concerts and Gigs pages with active link to your website. Please contact us regarding the specifications of the banner add. If you don't have a banner add we can design one for you.

    $10.00 for 3 months ($40.00 for the front page)(Add $20.00 to advertise in on-line ezine)
    $20.00 for 6 months ($80.00 for the front page)(Add $40.00 to advertise in on-line ezine)
    $40.00 for 1 year ($160.00 for the front page)(Add $80.00 to advertise in on-line ezine)

    Ads must be 468 x 60 in gif format no more than 25k. Prime space is limited! If you need help making a banner ad, I will be happy to do it for you.


    Attach your graphic banner in your email with the following specifications:

  • For banners on the left or right side of the page, attach a GIF or JPEG image no wider than 175 pixels.




  • For banners on the bottom or the page, attach a GIF or JPEG image no wider than 450 pixels.




    • All advertisements and banners are subject to approval by Cosmic Debris and you will receive a confirmation email when your submission has been approved.
